Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for whatever reason, provided we get them back within 14 days and in perfect original sale-able condition. We’ve extended our policy period to 14 days because we realize you might be busy with other things too.
We offer a refund or exchange service but we cant refund your original postage cost if you have simply changed your mind.
We advise keeping your goods in their original packaging while you make your mind up so nothing accidental happens to damage them. Here’s another polite tip – please be careful when trying shoes on, we don’t accept returns on shoes if there are marks on the out sole, UNIDENTIFIED OBJECTS stuck in the grip or bobbles/sock fluff on the inside. We’re not into it when we get shoes returned without the paper lining in the box or the original shoe box at all, so please look after this too. Please don’t wash stuff and pretend that’s it still new either. Thanks. Keep the peace, pass it on!

Faulty Goods
The same 14 day policy applies to faulty goods too. Generally if something’s going to go wrong it will go wrong quickly if its a manufacturers defect.

Which courier do you use?
We ship WORLDWIDE with DHL because the service and technology is second to none. Once your package leaves our warehouse you can track your parcel all the way. Any problems please notify us by email. Your feedback is welcome and essential to our business.

When will my package arrive?
UPS will deliver NEXT DAY WORLDWIDE – once you have received your dispatch email notification – excluding weekends and bank holidays For remote and small towns please allow 2/3 days e.g. International customers living outside of main cities : In this case you will be notified by UPS that your delivery is delayed.

How much will it cost?
Deliveries to Germany will be at a flat fee of 3,95 EUR.
